Four-wave mixing characteristics in a phase-conjugated fiber system

Abstract
This paper shows that four-wave mixing generation can be suppressed significantly by using an optical phase-conjugator if the group-velocity dispersion is close to zero. Otherwise the suppression of four-wave mixing generation will hardly occur.
