Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Action: Understanding the MRV framework for developing countries

The objective of the publication is to enhance the knowledge of the policymakers and decision makers in developing countries on MRV systems,including requirement of operationalizing such a system. The paper is also aimed at increasing the understanding of MRV aspects among sectoral experts and developing-country NAMA practitioners.
