Optically fed microwave true-time delay based on a compact liquid-crystal photonic-bandgap-fiber device

An electrically tunable liquid-crystal, photonic-bandgap-fiber-device-based, optically fed microwave, true-time delay is demonstrated with the response time in the millisecond range.
