Simulations of a 6½-inch loudspeaker unit are performed and compared with a displacement measurement. The non-linear loudspeaker model is based on the major nonlinear functions and expanded with time-varying suspension behaviour and flux modulation. The results are presented with FFT plots of three frequencies and different displacement levels.

The model errors are discussed and analysed including a test with loudspeaker unit where the diaphragm is removed.
