In this paper, all-dielectric metasurfaces for different scenario of electromagnetic waves manipulation in microwave and visible frequency domains are presented. The water-based metasurface to dynamically control the transmission coefficient of an incident wave is proposed and experimentally studied in microwave frequency range.

The possibility to control the magnitude of the transmission coefficient for linearly and circularly polarized incident waves is demonstrated. The bianisotropic metasurface for focusing of reflected waves is discussed. A novel type of all-dielectric metasurfaces which support broadband dominant toroidal dipole response in the visible is proposed.
