Self-assembly is a process by which simple objects autonomously assemble into complex system. Self-assembly process is ubiquitous in nature of the world. It may occur in levels ranging from nanoscale to astronomical scale. Self-assembly is an important phenomenon. It has lots of applications in different fields of science.
So a lot of research has been done to investigate self-assembly. However, Self-assembly is still poorly understood in both theoretical and practical aspects. So we suggest the Wang cube simulator to simulate the process of self-assembly. In this simulator, objects are modeled as cubes with colors in their faces.
These colors determine how the objects interact with each other. These cubes move randomly in Brownian motion. If these cubes collide, they either assemble into comp lex shape representing complex objects or continue moving according to their previous states.
