We report on a detection of the new source SWIFT J174535.5-290135.6 (ATel #753) by the JEM-X monitor during INTEGRAL Galactic Bulge monitoring observations taken between 2006, 17 Feb 21:11 and 18 Feb 00:53 UTC (comprising ~10ks), i.e., a week earlier than the SWIFT detection. At that time the average JEM-X flux was 9 mCrab (+/-1 mCrab) in the 6-10 keV band.

The average flux measured by ISGRI was near the detection level, i.e., about 6 mCrab (20-60 keV). The derived JEM-X position (RA= 17h 45m 39s, Dec= -29d 01m 44s) is 47 arcsec from the SWIFT position, which is well inside our uncertainty radius of ~2 arcmin. The source was not detected above an estimated upper limit of ~7 mCrab (6-10 keV) either during previous Galactic Bulge observations performed on Feb 9, Feb 11/12, and Feb 14/15, or during further Galactic Bulge observations performed on Feb 20/21, Feb 24, and Feb 27 Feb.

This is in agreement with the flux measured by SWIFT at ~0.7mCrab (0.2-10 keV) on Feb 25, and suggests that the source flux was gradually decreasing.
