This is a technical report which accompanies the article ”An open-source thermodynamic software library” which describes an efficient Matlab and C implementation for evaluation of thermodynamic properties. In this technical report we present the model equations, that are also presented in the paper, together with a full set of first and second order derivatives with respect to temperature and pressure, and in cases where applicable, also with respect to mole numbers.
The library is based on parameters and correlations from the DIPPR database and the Peng-Robinson and the Soave-Redlich-Kwong equations of state.
