The X-ray binary systems 4U 1630-47 and XTE J1701-407 are detected in outburst by INTEGRAL during the recent observations of the Norma region (Galactic Plane Scan; PI: Dr. A. Bazzano) performed in revolution 2206. The black hole X-ray recurrent transient 4U 1630-47 has shown repetitive outbursts in the past (Kuulkers et al. 1997, Capitanio et.al. 2015).

In 2016, the source was observed in outburst (ATel#9427, ATel#9462, ATel#9515), and was then inactive for around 600 days before being observed by MAXI and Swift/XRT in outburst in 2018 (ATel#11722, ATel#11771). 4U 1630-47 was detected by IBIS/ISGRI during scans performed in revolution 2206 (between 2020-03-16 13:12:06 UTC and 2020-03-17 09:56:42 UTC) in the 22-60 keV energy range.

The 22-60 keV flux measured over the whole revolution is F_22-60 = 220.72+/-1.85 mCrab for an effective exposure time of 6.5 ks. The source was within the field of view of the JEM-X instruments for a combined effective exposure about 20ks. The fluxes measured with JEM-X in the 3-10 keV and 10-25 keV energy bands are F_3-10 = 107 +/-2 mCrab and F_10_25 = 222 +/-5 mCrab, respectively.

The neutron star low-mass X-ray binary XTE J1701-407 was first discovered in 2008 during the RXTE/PCA scans and Swift/XRT follow-ups (ATel#1569, ATel#1572) and it was identified as a long X-ray burst source (Falanga et al. 2009, A\&A 496, 333) due to the remarkable long duration of an X-ray burst (ATel#1616, ATel#1618, ATel#1621, ATel#1791, ATel#1795, ATel #2814, ATel#3604, ATel#3654).

We also detected an X-ray flare consistent with the position of XTE J1701-407 during the same INTEGRAL revolution 2206. The 22-60 keV flux is F_22-60 = 15.88+/-1.98 mCrab for an effective exposure time of 5.9 ks. The source was within the JEM-X field of view during a combined effective exposure of 20ks The measured fluxes in the 3-10 keV and 10-25 keV energy bands are F_3-10=7.5 +/-2 mCrab and F_15-25=10 +/-4 mCrab, respectively.

All the data have been analyzed using the Offline Software Analysis version 11.0 (OSA11). The source field will be observed again during the next days in the framework of the INTEGRAL Galactic Plane Scan program Results from the Galactic Plane Scanning are made publicly available at: http://gps.iaps.inaf.it
