The report describes a new multi-detector powder neutron diffractometer installed at the DR3 reactor at Risø. The report gives details of the design criteria and operating instructions in order to ease operation of the instrument by actual and potential users. An example of a study of the oxygen uptake of YBa2Cu3O7-x is given.
