In the organizational intervention literature it has been stated that interventions needs to be evaluated both with respect to outcome and process. In an organizational intervention program we used the Chronicle Workshop in order to see if it was applicable as a process evaluation method. Surveys and interviews were used to evaluate on the outcome.

Our results show, that the Chronicle Workshop is applicable to validate some of the results of the intervention and that it gives insights into specific circumstances that have been important in the process.
