Theatrical performances usually follow strict scripts and actors are not allowed to deviate. A Danish theatrical group, Theater 770◦ Celsius, has invented a new method called In Real Life, in which only certain events in the storyline are specified and the actors are supposed to improvise to reach these events.

The method bears a resemblance to multi-agent systems and we show how it can be formalized using the multi-agent organizational model OperA.
