Power curve report - with turbulence intensity normalization

This report describes power curve measurements carried out on a given wind turbine in a chosen period. The analysis presents two significant deviations with respect to the standard IEC 61400-12-1 Ed.1 [2], and consequently the results of this report don’t comply with the reference standard. First, additional shear and turbulence intensitity filters are applied on the measured data.

Secondly, the method for normalization to a given reference turbulence intensity level (as described in Annex M of the draft of IEC 61400-12-1 Ed.2 [3]) is applied. The measurements have been performed using DTU’s measurement equipment, the analysis and quality control has been performed by DTU.
