"Motivation Research" From a Research Viewpoint
Although the term motivation research is sometimes used to refer to consumer research, this author sees it as only one step in the process. Alfred Politz, who directs the activities of his own consumer research organization, describes the problems of consumer behavior research and what he considers the inadequacies of motivation research.
