This work presents preliminary results concerning a proficiency testing for intercomparison of industrial CT scanners. Two audit items, similar to common industrial parts, were selected for circulation. The two items were a single polymer complex geometry part and a simple geometry item made of two polymers.

The items circulated among six participants in Denmark and Germany. The circulation took place between March 2011 and June 2011. This paper presents stability investigation of reference measurements carried out using tactile CMM and preliminary results from the intercomparison.
